Role Overview
Fast Diagnostics Private Limited seeks a meticulous and compassionate Phlebotomist to work in our pathology laboratory based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will execute the collection of blood and other clinical specimens adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform blood collection using proper venipuncture methods.
- Conduct home-based sample collection as per assignments.
- Accurately label and manage samples, ensuring correct transportation in line with lab guidelines.
- Confirm patient identification and maintain precise documentation.
- Adhere strictly to infection prevention measures and safety protocols.
- Communicate the procedure clearly to patients and respond to their questions courteously.
- Collaborate with laboratory personnel to ensure timely sample processing.
- Keep the sample collection venue clean and orderly at all times.
- Comply with all quality control and confidentiality requirements.
