About the Role
Medicon Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for precise dispensing of prescribed medications, verifying prescriptions for correctness and safety, offering thorough counseling to patients regarding their medications, and managing the pharmacy's stock with correct storage practices. Compliance with pharmacy regulations and ethical guidelines is essential.
Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately as per prescriptions.
- Ensure safety and accuracy by reviewing prescriptions thoroughly.
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients.
- Maintain pharmaceutical inventory and ensure correct storage of medicines.
- Adhere to pharmacy regulations and ethical standards.
- Manage billing processes and maintain dispensing records accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy.
- Must have a valid Telengana State Pharmacy Council Registration.
- Both fresh graduates and experienced pharmacists are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong commitment to patient safety and quality healthcare.
