About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Personal Branding Expert based in Coimbatore to join Bolt Digitech. This role involves creating content with high audience retention, researching viral trends, guiding clients during shoots to enhance on-camera presence, and aiding in the development of personal brands via social media platforms.
Key Duties
- Investigate trending topics, viral content ideas, and competitor approaches on Instagram.
- Craft engaging scripts designed to maximize viewer engagement and watch times.
- Provide clients with direction during shoots, helping with expressions, voice modulation, body language, and camera presence.
- Work closely with video editors to ensure the final product aligns with the intended creative vision.
- Oversee multiple client accounts while maintaining high-quality standards and consistency.
- Coordinate with the creative team to deliver content on schedule.
Requirements
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in content strategy, personal branding, or social media marketing.
- Deep knowledge of Instagram Reels and their content dynamics.
- Excellent skills in scriptwriting and storytelling to create compelling narratives.
- Strong ability to identify relevant trends and convert them into successful content.
- Effective communication and client management capabilities.
- Creative approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience utilizing content analytics tools is beneficial.
