Role Overview
This position is for a part-time, on-site Personal Assistant based in Singapore. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing diaries, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Responsibilities also encompass handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining organized records, and supporting office activities by liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in personal assistance and executive administrative support, with experience maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with internal and external parties.
- Proven competency in managing diaries, scheduling events, and managing calendar logistics.
- Strong clerical abilities including document preparation, filing, data entry, and general office administration.
- Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and capability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency with common office software such as word processors, spreadsheets, email, and calendar applications; knowledge of digital collaboration platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work autonomously, handle sensitive information discreetly, and exhibit professionalism consistently.
- Preferred candidates will have prior experience in corporate or investment administrative roles and hold a diploma or degree in business, administration, or a related discipline.
