Role Overview
Zoya Developments L.L.C is looking for a polished and dependable Personal Accountant to handle the CEO’s private financial accounts. The position calls for someone who can manage transactions carefully, keep records confidential, and support accurate financial oversight.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage all personal spending and financial movements connected to the CEO.
- Maintain precise records of expenses and provide analysis and reporting on spending patterns.
- Compile financial summaries on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, property managers, and suppliers to confirm invoices and check that billing is correct.
- Keep financial documents secure, orderly, and easy to retrieve when needed.
- Follow internal financial controls, tax requirements, and proper documentation practices.
Requirements
- Prior experience working as a Personal Accountant or in a comparable position.
- Good knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting practices.
- Strong ethics, professionalism, and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
