Job Overview

CPL Healthcare is seeking experienced Social Care professionals for a leadership position in Swinford, County Mayo. The role involves overseeing residential care services for individuals with disabilities to ensure excellent support and full adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential care services supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Ensure quality care delivery and compliance with HIQA regulations and standards.
• Provide guidance and support to team members for continued service excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ managerial experience in social care settings.
• Qualification at Level 7 or higher in Social Care or an equivalent field.
• Level 6 qualification in Management.
• Demonstrated experience within residential care environments.
• Thorough understanding of HIQA standards.
• Possession of a full, valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with individuals with autism is considered advantageous.
