Join SAB in Riyadh as a Performance Management Manager within the Finance - Performance and Capital Management department. This role focuses on overseeing the reporting function of the Financial Control department to ensure accurate, efficient, and meaningful management information delivery across various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reporting activities for the Financial Control department.
  • Lead the creation, design, parameter setting, and production of Management Information (MI) Reports and Packs utilizing the HMI System.
  • Guarantee the precision and relevance of data extracted from SAB systems in MI reports provided to internal stakeholders.
  • Participate actively in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process by preparing inputs, consolidations, uploading to the HMI system, and developing analysis templates.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of the management information system.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to queries and requests from business management and business finance teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Maintain consistency between bank-wide and segment-level reporting and the financial reporting ledger.
  • Offer support required to finalize various published notes for quarterly and annual financial statements.
