Overview
This role is a strategic HR leadership position within a technology-focused, rapidly growing global sales organization. As a People Partner Director, Sales, you will align HR strategies with key business objectives to enhance organizational effectiveness and lead talent initiatives that foster high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior sales leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business priorities and growth plans.
- Lead comprehensive talent management activities including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, onboarding, retention efforts, succession planning, and development of high-potential employees.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness such as change management, team development, enhancing engagement, and continuous process improvement.
- Provide coaching to leaders on managing performance, addressing employee relations, setting goals, delivering feedback, and enhancing leadership skills.
- Detect capability gaps and coordinate with learning teams to establish development programs that promote leadership and employee advancement.
- Utilize workforce data analytics to identify patterns, potential risks, and opportunities; provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Advocate for inclusive workplace practices and cooperate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement scalable people programs.
- Support strategies related to sales compensation, performance metrics, and organizational practices that boost business outcomes.
- Establish and maintain influential relationships across a dispersed organization, leveraging credibility and strategic communication to influence at all levels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, particularly in global, sales-driven, high-growth, or technology-focused environments.
- Extensive experience as a senior HR business partner advising executives and leading organizational change initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of sales organizations, compensation frameworks, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Expertise in designing and executing talent development programs such as leadership growth, succession planning, and capability enhancement.
- Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and operate effectively within matrix organizations.
- Robust understanding of HR strategy, organizational development, change leadership, and employee engagement methodologies.
- Experience with HR systems like Workday is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills for executive leadership.
- Analytical mindset capable of transforming workforce data into strategic business insights.
- Adept at managing ambiguity, prioritizing multiple tasks, and thriving in dynamic environments.
- Experience supporting international teams, especially in Latin America and Canada, is a plus.
