Saqib Rind Passenger Transport Service by Smart Applications L.L.C. is recruiting professional and customer-oriented PD Drivers and Chauffeurs to join their expanding team based in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must demonstrate responsibility, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Position Details

Position 1: PD Driver (Own Vehicle Required)

• Use your own car to safely pick up and drop off customers.
• Complete trips assigned via the company’s mobile app.
• Adhere to UAE traffic regulations and company policies.
• Maintain professional conduct with passengers.
• Ensure your vehicle is clean and well-maintained.

Position 2: Chauffeur

• Operate customers’ vehicles safely during rides.
• Deliver courteous and professional customer service.
• Maintain a tidy appearance and comply with company grooming standards.
• Arrive punctually for all scheduled bookings.
• Follow all operational guidelines set by the company.

Requirements

PD Driver:

• Valid UAE driving licence and visa.
• Ownership of a vehicle.
• Basic English communication abilities.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roadways.
• Smartphone with internet connectivity.

Chauffeur:

• Valid UAE driving licence and visa.
• Minimum of three years’ driving experience within the UAE.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Strong familiarity with Abu Dhabi roads.
• Neat and professional appearance.

Compensation and Targets

PD Driver:

• Target of 265 completed drop-offs monthly.
• Monthly salary of AED 6,000 upon meeting the target.
• If the target is not reached, remuneration is AED 14 per completed drop-off.

Chauffeur:

• Target of 65 completed rides per month.
• Monthly salary of AED 3,000 upon fulfilling the target.
• If the target is unmet, payment will be on a per-ride commission basis as per company policy.
