Job Description
As a Payroll Specialist at Nahdi Medical Co., you will be responsible for addressing employees' queries and complaints promptly, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries and complaints related to transactions, salary delays, and system usage through email and phone within established service level agreements and standard operating procedures to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Conduct daily follow-ups on all payments recorded in the payroll system by verifying compliance with payroll rules to guarantee accurate data processing.
- Review and escalate employee requests submitted via the self-service platform—including holidays, cash advances, leaves, business trips, and end-of-service claims—to uphold internal policy compliance and data accuracy.
- Submit and validate transactions such as annual leave, sick leave, and business trips to the self-service system to provide employees with real-time updates on their requests.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports analyzing employee requests like holidays, commissions, allowances, and end-of-service benefits, facilitating timely and efficient payroll services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned beyond the stated accountabilities.
Work Environment
- Indoor work environment exclusively (100%).
- Five working days per week with two days off.
- Standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM including a one-hour break.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a diploma qualification.
- Welcomes fresh graduates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good command of both English and Arabic languages.
