About the Role
Our partner company seeks a Patient Success Representative based in the United States to work remotely. This role involves delivering direct support to patients by facilitating their access to necessary healthcare supplies and assistance for managing their care effectively. As a crucial contact, you will guide patients with personalized service, address inquiries, and ensure a seamless ordering experience. The position operates within a fast-moving healthcare setting where empathy, communication, and detail orientation are vital. Responsibilities include customer service, order management, problem resolution, collaboration with internal teams, and maintaining service standards, all contributing to better patient care from a home-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of mainly outbound calls to assist patients in obtaining essential medical supplies.
- Offer informed and compassionate responses to patient questions and concerns.
- Initiate and handle patient orders, update patient accounts, and ensure accuracy in multiple systems.
- Work with internal teams to solve order-related problems promptly.
- Meet performance targets connected to productivity, quality, attendance, service excellence, and order accuracy.
- Organize daily tasks while remaining detail-oriented and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Carry out additional duties as required to support the team and promote patient success.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Competence in multitasking, using various systems, and maintaining accurate data entry.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to independently resolve issues.
- Strong focus on detail and dedication to providing a positive experience for patients.
- Spanish bilingual ability is advantageous and may be rewarded with extra compensation.
- Capability to maintain a HIPAA-compliant workspace and a dependable wired Ethernet internet connection to meet remote work standards.
