You Will Need
You should bring practical experience and knowledge in hospital aide work, housekeeping, and porterage services. This includes handling equipment and cleaning in line with infection-control procedures, monitoring ward or unit stock and stores, and placing orders when needed to help maintain timely patient movement across the RHH campus.
You will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. You should be able to adapt to changing workplace demands and maintain a compassionate, respectful approach with patients and colleagues to contribute to a positive working environment.
You must also be able to use information technology to support service delivery and demonstrate sound organisational ability, including prioritising tasks in a practical, solution-focused, and tactful manner.
