Role Overview

This opening is for a Patient Care Specialist in Gurugram (Sector 14). The position is focused on guiding patients through their surgical journey, from the first conversation through to surgery completion. You will help patients understand available services, assess their needs, connect them with suitable doctors and hospitals, and support case conversion that contributes to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the initial point of contact for patients and establish a reassuring, trustworthy conversation.
• Understand each patient’s condition, preferences, and background to identify the most relevant support path.
• Suggest appropriate doctors and hospitals and help organize consultations according to patient needs.
• Track the patient journey end to end, from consultation scheduling to surgery, while keeping communication timely and consistent.
• Support revenue growth by successfully progressing and closing patient cases.
