About Us
Vardaan Hospital / Allure Medspa is a NABH-accredited advanced centre specializing in cosmetic surgery and aesthetic care, situated in Goregaon West, Mumbai, near Goregaon railway station. Under the leadership of Dr. Milan Doshi and Dr. Dimple Doshi, each with over 27 years of expertise, the centre has successfully performed more than 20,000 surgeries and procedures. We cater to patients from across India and abroad, including prominent public figures. Our proprietary hospital setup includes skilled doctors, nurses, operating theatre staff, patient coordinators, and support personnel focused on cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, aesthetic treatments, and gynecology care.
Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and sales-driven Female Patient Care Coordinator responsible for managing patient inquiries and converting leads into consultations and treatment confirmations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient communication via calls, WhatsApp, emails, CRM entries, and in-person inquiries.
- Understand patient concerns and clearly explain consultation, treatment processes, preparation, and recovery steps.
- Consistently follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed appointments and bookings.
- Keep Zoho CRM updated with precise information.
- Liaise effectively with doctors and internal teams.
- Manage the sales funnel and meet monthly conversion objectives.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and maintain professional communication at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in sales, counseling, telesales, or patient coordination.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, cosmetic surgery, or aesthetic clinic settings is preferable.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong ability to follow up with leads and convert them effectively.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and achieving sales targets.
- Empathetic, presentable, responsible, and self-motivated personality.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts including Sundays; weekly off will be on a weekday.
