Key Duties

• Discover and secure high-quality children's content from animation studios, publishers, educational and distribution entities, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategy.
• Assess content thoroughly regarding its educational impact, entertainment value, cultural appropriateness, audience suitability, and revenue potential.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of content acquisition including submission, review, approval, integration, and publication processes.
• Maintain a well-organized pipeline for acquiring prospective content.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnership prospects with educational bodies, ministries, NGOs, publishers, and brands targeting families.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to support partnership initiatives.
• Handle negotiation of commercial contracts, licensing, and content distribution agreements.
• Establish enduring partnerships with regional and international stakeholders.
• Represent NABTT at industry gatherings, including conferences and content marketplaces.
• Engage with production and media companies to explore opportunities for content, products, and services collaboration.
• Design and deliver presentations to raise awareness among partners and content creators.

Language Requirements

Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, is essential.

Experience

1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience is required.
