About the Role
AVVE Active is seeking a dependable and detail-focused Part-Time Warehouse Assistant to help manage its warehouse functions and logistics activities. This position centers on packing and preparing orders for both online sales and events, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the warehouse remains well-organized and current.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and dispatch customer and KOL orders domestically and internationally.
- Perform final quality control inspections to verify order correctness and product condition prior to shipping.
- Prepare inventory items needed for events and consignment sales.
- Accept and organize bulk shipment deliveries.
- Maintain the organization and orderliness of warehouse stock and inventory.
- Track inventory movement by monitoring incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with basic administrative duties related to warehouse operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Shows responsibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Capable of handling detailed and repetitive tasks with precision.
- Physically comfortable with manual labor including moving boxes, sorting or counting stock, and packing.
- Demonstrates accuracy and effective time management skills.
- Availability with a flexible schedule; open communication and adaptability to variable weekly shifts are necessary.
- Previous experience in warehouse or e-commerce packing is advantageous but not mandatory.
