Role Overview

As a Stylist, you are central to crafting the Levi’s® in-store experience. Your role transcends typical sales responsibilities, guiding customers to express their unique styles, boosting their confidence, and helping them select the perfect fit. Your contributions bring Levi’s® stories to life within the store.

Responsibilities

• Foster authentic connections with customers, providing personalized service tailored to their needs.
• Offer expert styling advice and share detailed product knowledge to inspire customer confidence.
• Assist with key store functions such as operating tills, managing fitting rooms, and overseeing stock.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and surpass sales objectives while creating a welcoming shopping environment.

Candidate Profile

• A passion for helping customers articulate their personal style through fashion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities coupled with a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to engage in continual learning.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
