Packing Cum Dispatch Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to oversee the complete order fulfillment process for our e-commerce operations. This role involves managing order processing, packing, dispatch, and maintaining inventory records to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage T-shirt printing processes to ensure efficient production.
• Conduct quality inspections on printed T-shirts to verify design accuracy, print quality, and finishing standards.
• Package orders carefully, adhering to e-commerce and marketplace packaging standards to ensure product safety during shipment.
• Create shipping labels, liaise with courier and logistics partners to coordinate prompt dispatch of orders.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any issues or delays related to deliveries.
• Keep detailed and precise inventory records for raw materials including blank T-shirts, inks, and other consumables, as well as finished goods.
• Perform routine stock audits and reconcile inventory records with physical counts.
• Identify low inventory items and arrange timely procurement of necessary materials to avoid stockouts.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in printing and packing areas.
• Document daily activities including orders processed, items printed, and shipments dispatched.

Additional Information

This position is essential to maintaining our supply chain’s efficiency and requires hands-on involvement in various stages of order management and dispatch.

Compensation

The salary offered ranges from 15000 to 25000 INR per month for this role based in Delhi-NCR.
