Outreach & Engagement Coordinator

About the Role

This remote contract position offers a unique opportunity to join an Eastern Standard Time-based company known for its positive work culture. The Outreach & Engagement Coordinator will play a key role in managing communications and engagement with members and partners.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Use Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms to manage relationships and outreach.
• Compose emails both from templates and original content to engage potential and current members.
• Develop engaging presentations for both internal teams and external stakeholders, using tools like Canva or InDesign.
• Communicate effectively by phone and email with current and potential members, maintaining a friendly and approachable style.
• Collaborate closely with team members and proactively seek information or assistance when needed.
• Display excellent verbal and written communication capabilities along with an outgoing personality.

Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce or related CRM systems.
• Proficient in email communication and presentation creation tools such as Canva or InDesign.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact comfortably with team members and external contacts.
• Ability to work fully remotely while remaining productive and communicative.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay range between $35 and $40.
