Job Summary
We are seeking an Outbound Telecaller to actively promote our products and services by reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone. The role involves lead generation, addressing customer inquiries, conducting sales and follow-up calls, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to explain company offerings and generate interest.
- Identify and pursue new leads from potential clients.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve queries effectively.
- Execute sales calls and follow-ups to drive business growth.
- Maintain comprehensive customer databases and call documentation.
- Meet daily calling targets and submit timely reports.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with existing customers.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications including MS Excel, email, and CRM systems.
- Capability to persuade and negotiate professionally.
- Positive demeanor with excellent customer handling aptitude.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Minimum education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Open to both freshers and experienced individuals.
Compensation
Salary is structured as per company policy with fixed components plus applicable incentives.

Work timings follow the standard company schedule.
