Role Overview

The Order Management Coordinator is central to delivering premium customer service, acting as the trusted point of contact for key accounts. This role facilitates smooth coordination between sales, supply chain, and customers to ensure seamless order processing and issue resolution. The coordinator is also instrumental in sharing insights and best practices to strengthen the order management team’s overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting critical performance metrics including daily sales targets, on-time order fulfillment, open order management, and departmental productivity.
• Collaborate with logistics, distribution, and supply planning teams to meet customer delivery service goals, proactively identifying and escalating potential issues.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of procedures for key retail accounts such as Ralphs, Winco, and HEB to provide exemplary communication and service.
• Work with Accounts Receivable, Sales, Distribution, and Logistics teams to resolve deductions and utilize this data to establish procedures that minimize future discrepancies.
• Partner with the Order Management Manager to devise solutions and procedures addressing common customer challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, economics, or related discipline.
• Experience managing orders for retail customers in CPG or beverage industries, ideally between 2 to 4 years.
• Skilled at transforming data into actionable insights.
• Adept at critical thinking and adapting to a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and reliability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis and presentation software is a plus.
• Quick learner with a willingness to experiment with new programs, operational methods, or strategies and continuously seek knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to engage thoughtfully and attentively with vendors and colleagues.

The position requires a hybrid work schedule with three mandatory days in the office located in El Segundo, CA. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 annually, dependent on factors such as experience, education, and location. This range applies solely to base pay and excludes benefits and bonuses.
