Role Overview and Responsibilities

We seek a motivated Virtual Assistant who thrives in organizing, problem-solving, and engaging effectively with clients and team members. This role transcends mere email handling and offers a chance to become an integral part of the operations team. This is a long-term position with possibilities for wage increases and career growth.

• Respond promptly to customer emails, texts, and questions.
• Manage and coordinate daily cleaning appointments and schedules.
• Maintain constant communication with cleaning teams, building strong relationships and leading the cleaning crew.
• Conduct follow-ups after job completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with managing bookings and reservations.
• Keep Google Sheets and internal databases updated accurately.
• Generate and distribute invoices to clients.
• Handle client communications professionally.
• Review photographs submitted by cleaners to maintain quality.
• Support quality control initiatives.
• Contribute to hiring processes and onboard new team members.
• Suggest and implement improvements in company systems and workflows.
• Perform various administrative duties as required.

Compensation and Work Hours

The starting wage ranges between $5 and $9 USD per hour depending on experience level. The position requires a commitment of 40 hours weekly. Performance evaluations and salary increases will be conducted based on results.
