Role Overview
An Operations Executive is required to manage daily backend activities with a particular emphasis on precise data entry, managing order tracking, and coordinating logistics operations. This vital position supports seamless operations to create a smooth experience for customers and sellers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter product listings, order details, and quality control data precisely into company databases.
- Arrange and coordinate pickups and deliveries with logistics providers, ensuring shipment tracking from start to finish.
- Regularly update order statuses and tracking details while resolving any issues related to deliveries promptly.
- Keep detailed records on inventory movements, returns, and quality checking logs.
- Work closely with third-party logistics partners and franchise quality control centers to guarantee timely pickup and delivery processes.
- Collaborate internally with the customer support team to communicate any operational changes or delays effectively.
- Identify areas where processes face delays or issues and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
