About the Role
An established company is seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to streamline daily operational tasks and enhance service delivery across various departments. The organization prioritizes precision, teamwork, and operational excellence, continually striving to refine its business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational tasks across multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and maintain operational schedules, tracking task progress.
- Handle record-keeping and documentation for operational activities.
- Assist in inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination as needed.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to operations.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and departments.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving operational processes.
- Ensure adherence to company operational procedures and standards.
- Support coordination of projects and provide administrative assistance.
- Detect operational challenges and escalate issues appropriately.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English language.
