Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end process of direct-to-consumer (D2C) order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a strong understanding of the business operations by actively processing incoming orders and related tasks.
- Supervise the fulfillment workflow and streamline supply chain activities to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with various supply chain vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform ongoing inventory management.
