Job Summary
We seek a meticulous and process-driven Operations and Sales Executive to oversee and streamline our sales operations. The role involves handling CRM systems, generating sales dashboards, preparing management information system (MIS) reports, tracking sales pipelines, and aiding the Sales and Solutioning teams with documentation and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage CRM data encompassing lead monitoring, pipeline progression, and updates on deal closures.
- Ensure data accuracy in the CRM and enhance adherence to sales processes.
- Develop and update sales dashboards, MIS reports, pipeline evaluations, and revenue forecasts.
- Assist sales teams by preparing proposals, agreements, purchase orders, and other commercial documents.
- Monitor Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), service orders, renewal schedules, and collaborate with various functional teams.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations departments to boost reporting standards and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboard creation.
- Practical experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and documentation competencies.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales workflows, revenue tracking, and reporting mechanisms.
