About the Role
At FindTutors, we are searching for compassionate and upbeat individuals to provide life coaching support to students via online platforms. This role focuses on enhancing student wellbeing, motivation, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students in defining and pursuing their personal objectives
- Impart skills related to effective study routines, time management, and positive mindset development
- Promote motivation, resilience, and self-assurance among young learners
Requirements
- No prior formal experience in coaching is necessary
- Strong capabilities in attentive listening and clear communication
