Role Overview
As a Service & Training Professional, you will be pivotal in providing excellent hands-on training for medical personnel using Pridok systems across Norway. This position is customer-facing and requires regular onsite engagement with doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support. You will also act as a bridge by communicating insights to internal teams, including engineering and senior management, and occasionally support sales efforts by demonstrating the capabilities of our healthcare technology suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person training sessions nationwide with a focus on doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers.
- Address and follow up on customer inquiries throughout their technical onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with team members by sharing feedback and lessons learned from customer interactions to improve products and training materials.
- Provide occasional demonstrations of the Pridok platform during sales tenders to highlight our full product range.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 1-3 years of experience in customer-centric roles emphasizing relationship management and superior service delivery.
- Can adapt fluidly to changing client needs with agility and a flexible mindset.
- Available to travel extensively across Norway to provide onsite support year-round.
- Holds a valid driver's license and has access to a personal vehicle; travel expenses are reimbursed by CGM.
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, communicating with patience and clarity to diverse audiences.
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English languages to effectively serve a broad customer base.
- Capable of utilizing AI tools to enhance training quality by analyzing customer feedback for continual improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in dynamic, fast-growing scale-up environments.
- Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma.
- Residence in or near Tønsberg or the Vestfold area is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Norwegian healthcare journal systems.
- Prior experience delivering training or support within the healthcare sector.
- A genuine interest in technology trends and innovations.
