Position Summary
Join Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate and develop essential skills in a dynamic retail setting. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing online customer orders with a high level of precision and care, prioritizing product quality and customer satisfaction, while adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Your efforts help ensure a smooth online shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and assemble customer orders from various temperature-controlled areas, confirming selections, quantities, and product codes.
- Choose fresh and high-quality products while removing damaged or unsuitable items; complete necessary documentation including pick slips and shipping labels with attention to detail.
- Efficiently pack orders to maximize space usage while maintaining product integrity and safety standards.
- Offer friendly customer support and assist with issue resolution alongside completing fulfillment tasks.
- Maintain a tidy and safe workspace by following food hygiene and safety procedures, promptly addressing spills, ensuring cleanliness of totes, safely operating equipment, and performing safety checks.
- Show flexibility by working varied shifts such as evenings, weekends, and holidays to support seamless store operations.
Challenges You May Encounter
- Manage high task volumes in a fast-paced environment, including overnight hours, maintaining energy and focus for task completion.
- Carry out physically demanding activities including standing for long periods, bending, lifting inventory weighing up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Perform repetitive tasks like stocking and organization with close attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.

Compensation
The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.
