Job Overview

IndianOil Petronas Private Limited seeks a full-time Officer for Retail & Auto LPG Stations based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The position involves comprehensive sales, compliance, maintenance, vendor management, and business development responsibilities related to Auto LPG dispensing stations (ALDS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and promote sales, analyzing sales trends and competitor pricing, and delivering brand campaigns for the propel brand.
  • Supervise local dealer promotions and monitor sales targets across ALDS outlets in Karnataka.
  • Implement compliance measures, including enforcing work permit systems and maintaining audit-ready compliance documentation.
  • Conduct safety equipment maintenance, storage tank testing, and site audits to uphold safety standards.
  • Align contract creation, pricing updates, and procurement with company policies, while managing LPG orders and stock reconciliation in SAP.
  • Handle site maintenance by addressing audit findings, monitoring energy and equipment performance, and coordinating statutory tank testing and repairs.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers and sites to expand the network; assist with authority approvals and manage dealership agreements.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, purchase orders, AMC agreements, and collaborate with finance and administration to process payments ensuring compliance with quality and timeline standards.
  • Support ad hoc projects including electric vehicle integration, branding initiatives, and solar energy deployment as assigned by department heads.
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, licenses, insurance, and inspection records; provide daily and periodic reports on operations and compliance.

Requirements and Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
  • 0 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing, retail outlet supervision, or vendor management.
  • Good communication skills; proficiency in the local language preferred.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
