About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to handle the daily administrative and operational functions of our office in Bahrain. This role is pivotal in maintaining an efficient, well-organized, and welcoming workplace that supports team productivity and company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations within the office.
- Organize and coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, and company events.
- Manage office inventory including supplies, equipment, facilities, and relationships with vendors.
- Create and uphold office protocols, policies, and administrative workflows.
- Assist with employee onboarding and general office-related administration.
- Supervise office budgets, handle invoice processing, and monitor administrative expenditures.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, files, and operational documentation.
- Promote a positive office atmosphere that is orderly, efficient, and conducive to productivity.

- Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, or equivalent productivity software.
