Job Overview
This position requires maintaining personal cleanliness and professional attire daily, including clean and ironed clothes with closed buttons, short hair or neatly trimmed beards, clean fingernails, and polished appropriate footwear on duty.
Conduct and Interaction
Engage with all staff and visitors courteously with respectful greetings. Refrain from office gossip, loud conversations, and personal mobile phone use during working hours. Safeguard company confidentiality by not discussing or disclosing office files.
Office Maintenance and Pantry Responsibilities
Early morning cleaning of desks, computer screens, and shared office spaces is expected. Serve refreshments such as water, tea, or coffee to guests and employees using trays and coasters. Ensure timely replenishment of pantry items, stationery supplies, and drinking water before depletion occurs.
