Job Overview
Seeking a proactive Office Assistant to manage B2B sales leads and drive conversion of inquiries into confirmed orders. This role involves direct communication with clients, coordination for order processing, and digital marketing support aimed at business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and pursue B2B sales leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Handle incoming IndiaMART inquiries via telephone, WhatsApp, and email promptly.
- Place outbound calls to potential customers and follow up with established contacts.
- Communicate with customers regularly about quotations, order status updates, dispatch details, and payment follow-ups.
- Accurately prepare and send Proforma Invoices while maintaining meticulous documentation and filing systems.
- Implement WhatsApp marketing initiatives to promote products and attract new clientele.
- Enhance company website visibility and customer engagement through effective digital outreach strategies.
- Maintain detailed customer databases, sales records, and schedules for follow-up.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with both new and long-standing customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure orders are executed efficiently and on schedule.
