About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and service-oriented Office Administrator to join our Berlin team. This role involves maintaining smooth daily operations in office management, business development support, and general organizational assistance, ensuring seamless collaboration with our Hamburg office and global colleagues, especially within our Norwegian network. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily administrative and organizational activities of the Berlin office to ensure professional and efficient operations in partnership with the Hamburg office.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office-related queries and coordinate with external service vendors.

  • Handle office supply management, procurement, and related administrative workflows.
