Night Porter

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Night Porter to join the team at De Vere Cranage Estate in Holmes Chapel. This role involves supervising and maintaining the hotel premises between 10:30 pm and 7:00 am, ensuring guest satisfaction along with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all hotel areas through regular walk rounds and inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
• Assist with the setup of conference meeting rooms and coffee stations as needed.
• Work collaboratively with at least one other Night team member and coordinate with events team during weddings and other late events.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working night shifts, preferably in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable operating with responsibility during night hours in a large hotel setting.
