Job Description

Providing professional guest service at the reception is vital at all times—from warmly welcoming guests at check-in to bidding farewell. You support both early risers and night owls. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating daily financial reports
• Managing and reconciling cash registers
• Handling reservation inquiries
• Preparing breakfast setups

Qualifications

Whether you are a hotel industry professional or transitioning from a different field, you are a great fit if you possess strong hospitality character traits. Key qualities include:

• Training in hotel management, or relevant experience in hospitality/gastronomy, or a keen interest in changing careers
• Strong hospitality skills, passion for the hotel industry, and a high standard for quality and service
• Confident, open, and communicative manner with proficient German and English communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support across departments to achieve success collectively
