About Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts

Role Responsibilities
- Manage the entire night operations independently between 22:45 and 07:00, including guest check-in and check-out and ensuring smooth workflow at the reception area.
- Create a calm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere through your presence, acting as the main contact for guests during the night.
- Handle guest complaints with confidence, making solution-driven decisions to maintain a positive experience even in challenging situations.
- Conduct regular patrols around the hotel to monitor and document any incidents.
- Manage telephone systems and route inquiries to the correct departments.
- Prepare for the following business day to support the morning shift team.
- Complete end-of-day reports, reconcile guest accounts, and maintain relevant documentation.
Candidate Profile
- A completed hotel management training is preferred; however, candidates with comparable experience from other fields are welcome.
- Proficient use of Opera Cloud and familiarity with administrative tasks such as daily financial closures.
- A strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Friendly demeanor and effective communication skills with guests.
- Good command of German and English language abilities (minimum B2 level).
