NCC Coordinator

About the Role

St. Francis De Sales Higher Secondary School in Narengi, Guwahati seeks a dedicated and disciplined NCC Coordinator. This individual will play a crucial role in inspiring and guiding students by instilling leadership, service, teamwork, and patriotism values, while managing the NCC program and ceremonial events at the school.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and oversee NCC training sessions and related activities.
• Guide and encourage NCC cadets to actively participate in camps, parades, competitions, and community services.
• Manage coordination of the School Band and ceremonial programs.
• Serve as a liaison with NCC officials to ensure adherence to their rules and protocols.
• Promote discipline, leadership, teamwork, and a strong sense of service among students.
• Keep detailed records and handle all documentation and communications pertaining to NCC operations.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Possession of NCC certification along with relevant experience or training.
• Preference given to those holding NCC 'C' Certificate and/or having prior experience as an Associate NCC Officer (ANO) or in NCC training.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for mentoring students and encouraging their overall growth.
