As we expand and confront new challenges, we seek a talented individual to join our quality management division, whether you are wishing to build expertise in managing certified Management Systems or are an accomplished Quality Manager seeking a professional, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent delivery of quality outcomes across multiple construction project sites.
- Enhance organizational capabilities related to the effective execution and upkeep of established Management Systems.
- Maintain relevant external accreditations and certifications of these systems.
- Conduct internal audits for system compliance and produce related reports.
- Manage the company's references, records, procedures, and processes tied to the Management Systems.
- Lead reviews of Management Systems, driving continual improvement.
- Support investigations into non-conformance and identify contributing organizational and systemic factors.
- Advance the company's internal expertise on quality, health, safety, and environmental management.
- Ensure the Quality Management System is implemented successfully, aligning with company goals and strategy across contracts and sites.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a construction or engineering setting, ideally within New Zealand.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn New Zealand legislative frameworks and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Proven ability to manage externally certified Management Systems if experienced.
- A commitment to service excellence, continuous improvement, compliance, and best practices.
