Role overview
The Motion Graphic Specialist will produce high-quality motion graphics for video content and contribute creative ideas that strengthen the brand’s visual storytelling. This role involves working with cross-functional creative teams to develop engaging, concept-driven motion work that aligns with brand goals.
Responsibilities
- Create polished, industry-standard motion graphics for video-based deliverables.
- Support the selection of audio, video, color palettes, animation styles, and other visual elements used in graphic design.
- Collaborate with the creative director, designers, and writers to build compelling motion content that reflects a brand-first approach.
- Develop design ideas by interpreting the content and shaping visual concepts around it.
- Generate concepts, illustrations, and ideas with the target audience’s perspective in mind.
- Approach design challenges creatively and develop solutions that are both original and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or B.Tech./B.E. along with a design certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in motion graphics.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and commonly used motion graphics tools.
- Well-developed portfolio showcasing motion graphics work.
- Interest in learning new methods and technologies to keep improving the craft.
- Excellent visual thinking and conceptual problem-solving ability.
