Role Overview
This flexible, full-time remote role is designed for an experienced Mortgage Administrator seeking greater work-life flexibility. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with brokers, managing mortgage applications from initial documentation collection through to final approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with brokers to gather and verify customer documentation.
- Prepare applications for lenders and oversee application submissions.
- Track and manage progress of mortgage applications until completion.
- Update and maintain accurate case records in the CRM system.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Skilled in using Credit Logic CRM platform.
- Over two years of experience in a similar mortgage administration role.
- Thorough understanding of the mortgage application lifecycle.
- Result-oriented mindset, valuing productivity over fixed office hours.
