Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) Field Coordinator - Copperbelt

About the Role

BURN is seeking a Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) Field Coordinator to organize people, workflows, and timelines so projects are completed on schedule and achieve the intended outcomes. In this position, you will act as the main point of contact for everything related to project coordination and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and configure surveys on data collection tools such as Kobo and Enketo.
• Prepare training resources and support materials.
• Hire, train, and oversee field enumerators and coordinators.
• Take responsibility for data movement and workflow management.
• Perform quality checks on field processes and the information collected, while working with other internal teams to produce timely reports and dashboards that help commercial teams identify the best locations for distribution.

Skills and Experience

• Strong technical capability to manage audit-style work in a data-intensive environment.
• Practical experience with data collection platforms such as Kobo and basic analysis in MS Excel.
• Proven ability to lead and manage field teams across multiple locations.
• Good people skills, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• Solid monitoring and evaluation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and keep enumerators or team leaders on track with both qualitative and quantitative goals.
• Ability to train colleagues and communicate effectively with teammates and customers.
• Three to five years of experience leading field teams in areas such as data collection or sales.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
