Role Overview
The company is hiring mobile developers to create BJAK's AI Neobank App for Android and iOS. The role suits strong mobile builders who can deliver polished, dependable, and intuitive app experiences, with expertise in Android, iOS, or both.
What You Will Own
- Design, build, and release mobile features for Android and/or iOS.
- Develop straightforward mobile journeys for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.
- Partner with product, design, and backend teams to convert complex user flows into practical mobile experiences.
- Connect APIs and manage edge cases, loading states, failures, and production issues.
- Raise app performance, stability, crash resistance, and overall user experience.
- Contribute to rapid launches, experiments, and repeated improvements across mobile journeys.
- Help maintain high standards for mobile product quality throughout the app.
What The Company Is Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in mobile development for Android, iOS, or both.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Kotlin and/or Swift.
- Experience launching production apps used by real customers.
- Good product thinking and a strong eye for mobile user experience.
- Comfort working with APIs, analytics, crash reports, and production feedback.
- Ability to move quickly, work independently, and own tasks with minimal supervision.
- Links to apps, GitHub, screenshots, or examples of shipped work are a plus.
Ideal Builder Profile
- Approaches the work like a product builder rather than only a mobile programmer.
- Pays attention to seamless flows, details, and actual user behavior.
- Can operate in ambiguity and deliver without waiting for fully detailed specs.
- Treats production quality as a personal responsibility.
- Clearly explains what they built themselves versus what was delivered by the wider team.

Location
This is a remote role, but applicants must already be based in Singapore. The position is specifically intended for that market.
