Role Summary
The Mobile Branch Colleague role involves supporting various branch locations around Salisbury, Amesbury, Devizes, and surrounding areas. This position requires providing temporary coverage at different branches during colleague absences and assisting branch managers with daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch activities and provide operational support across multiple locations.
- Offer relief support to branches experiencing colleague shortages or absences.
- Collaborate closely with branch managers to facilitate efficient service delivery.
- Engage with customers and colleagues through daily acts of kindness to enhance customer experience and workplace culture.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to build necessary skills for career advancement.
Candidate Profile
We welcome applicants with retail or hospitality experience, but no prior expertise is essential as comprehensive training is provided from day one. Work Conditions and Compensation
- Permanent full-time role comprising 40 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends, with some overtime opportunities post-training.
- Employment includes coverage across various branches requiring travel; a full driving license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Starting salary is £26,520 per annum, rising to £26,624 annually following a successful probationary period.
