Role overview
Monee is hiring for a merchant growth and onboarding role focused on ShopeePay in Singapore. This position runs on a 12-month full-time contract and involves merchant-facing field work, deployment coordination, and on-the-ground lead generation.
What you will do
- Prepare, organize, and deploy QR materials and point-of-sale merchandising items when new merchants are onboarded, including printing, sorting, and placing POSM at outlets across Singapore.
- Carry out scheduled quality checks after rollout to confirm that QR codes and POSM remain correctly placed and consistently displayed.
- Visit merchant outlets to engage staff, explain ShopeePay offerings such as the wallet and SPayLater, and gather feedback on merchant needs, challenges, and possible partnership opportunities.
- Identify and approach prospective merchants in the field, collect relevant contact details for decision-makers such as business owners or payments and marketing leads, and support new merchant acquisition efforts.
