About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with international merchants and planning leadership to shape strategy, establish targets and KPIs, define markdown direction, improve sell-through, and support forward-looking planning.
- Lead pre-season planning for the international specialized channel by combining statistical analysis, assortment structure, and merchant direction into a merchandise plan before the season begins.
- Build seasonal plans aligned with brand strategy and calendar timing, while factoring in distortions, targets, and sales relationships tied to regional demand.
- Prepare weekly sales analysis at the style and style/color level using trends and historical performance to guide in-season inventory decisions. Use this analysis to recommend actions that improve sales, profitability, and inventory turnover while reducing risk.
- Review prior merchandise and planning decisions to inform future planning and execution improvements.
- Help create financial presentation decks and supporting commentary for important business meetings.
- Strengthen analytical capabilities, recommendations, and communication to contribute effectively in milestone meetings for the international business.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, business, supply chain, or an equivalent level of experience is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail planning, inventory management, financial planning, and/or production planning.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with planning, finance, or analytical systems.
- Ability to influence peers, leaders, and cross-functional partners.
- Proven success working to deadlines, adapting to shifting priorities, and performing in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to identify key stakeholders, solve problems proactively, and recommend practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to different audiences.

The salary range for this position is $74,900 to $96,285 per year.
