Work Schedule
This position follows a hybrid setup with four in-office days and one remote day each week. The in-office schedule is split between Culver City on Mondays and Wednesdays, and Vernon on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Role Overview
The Merchandise Coordinator supports the merchandising function by keeping operational processes accurate, organized, and moving smoothly across the product lifecycle. The role combines detailed data work with coordination across teams, helping ensure purchase orders, inventory information, reporting, and product data remain reliable and up to date. It also involves spotting opportunities to improve workflows and supporting the team with day-to-day administrative and project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders from start to finish, making sure system records stay current and accurate.
- Maintain team calendars and internal tracking systems so merchandising information stays organized and easy to access.
- Work with Production and Supply Chain partners to monitor incoming goods and open orders, helping support timely deliveries.
- Prepare and share weekly sales decks and seasonal review presentations to support data-based decisions.
- Review current systems and processes, identify inefficiencies, and present practical improvement ideas to leadership.
- Audit product attributes on a regular basis to keep data fully aligned across all channels and platforms.
- Serve as a communication link between internal groups to keep information flowing clearly and brand execution aligned.
- Provide flexible administrative and project support to the manager and wider team as business needs shift.
Compensation
The expected base pay for this role is between $24.00 and $26.00 per hour, depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity. The position may also qualify for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to company performance, department goals, and individual contribution. Bonus eligibility and amounts are not guaranteed.
