Role Summary
We are recruiting a full-time Member of Technical Staff specializing in Legal Research, working remotely from any location. The position offers an annual salary ranging between $350,000 and $500,000. This role entails conducting in-depth research and analysis of complex legal and regulatory frameworks to support product compliance and development initiatives. It includes conceptualizing and creating technical solutions addressing challenges in legal research while ensuring continuous compliance with evolving legal standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze laws, regulations, and judicial decisions to guide product-related decisions.
- Create and implement technical frameworks and automation tools to enhance legal research efficient processes.
- Collaborate with various teams to embed legal insights into product design and development.
- Assess emerging legal trends and determine their impacts on technology solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and compliance guidelines for product development aligned with legal requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree or its equivalent legal qualifications.
- Expertise in legal research approaches and utilization of related tools.
- Experience in regulatory analysis and understanding of compliance frameworks.
- Capability to convert complex legal concepts into technical requirements clearly.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
