Member of Technical Staff - Frontier AI (Remote)

Overview

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specializing in Frontier AI to contribute full-time in a remote capacity. This role entails driving advancements in cutting-edge AI models and systems, pushing the boundaries of current artificial intelligence technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative AI architectures and algorithms for next-generation applications.
• Lead research projects aimed at enhancing model efficiency, scalability, and overall performance.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Publish research outcomes through technical reports, whitepapers, or participation in conferences.
• Assess and benchmark emerging AI models, toolkits, and hardware accelerators.

Qualifications and Skills

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or equivalent industry experience in a related field.
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Extensive knowledge of large-scale distributed training and techniques for optimizing models.
• Experience working with AI hardware accelerators, including GPUs and TPUs.
• Proven ability to independently conduct research and manage technical projects.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, generative modeling, and multi-modal AI systems.
• Strong skills in debugging and analyzing complex AI systems.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
