About the role
If you enjoy speaking with people, keeping things organized, and working in a polished medical setting, this opportunity could be a strong fit. Bright Smile Medical Center in Al Ain is hiring a female receptionist to support patient communication and appointment scheduling across the medical, dental, laser, and aesthetics departments.
What you will do
You will be the first point of contact for patients and will help coordinate their visits and bookings. The role is centered on front-desk communication, maintaining an orderly flow of appointments, and providing a welcoming experience for visitors.
Experience and training
No prior experience is required. Full training will be provided by the center.
Language and computer basics
Candidates should be comfortable communicating in both Arabic and English and should have a basic working knowledge of computers.
Eligibility
This position is intended for women living in Al Ain who are on a spouse or father sponsorship, or for candidates who do not require a visa.
Compensation
The center offers monthly incentives and bonuses ranging from AED 2,500 to AED 5,000, depending on performance.
Application process
Interested candidates should visit the center in person without an appointment. Walk-ins are accepted daily from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, except on Saturdays. The location is Al Maqtar area, Al Ain.
